Hi Gabe and Jenna,
I appreciate that you reached out for help! Sorry that I wasn’t home when you stopped by.
I have compiled the video clips from my garage camera below. Unfortunately, the camera’s motion sensing is limited at a distance. If you swing wide in front of my driveway, or have a big ass truck, it gets triggered… Mostly. It also only records when motion is triggered. I THOUGHT that I could override that on playback, but I cannot.
Some thoughts on the clips below:
I am a home inspector by trade. I have been involved in real estate since 2001. Real estate professionals, Inspectors, real estate agents, and property managers always park on the street. It is out of respect for the home, allows clients a place to park in the driveway, and allows us a quick exit if we just need to exit (watch your 6!)
Tradesmen ALWAYS park as close as they can to the front door to facilitate carrying in materials and tools…
In MY opinion, based on the clips below, Your property manager visited the house on 11/28 driving the blue cross-over with the roof rack. She was likely there for a few hours doing an inspection on Appfolio on her phone or iPad.
On the 29th a cleaner (beater car) was there most of the day.
On 12/8 the property manager was back driving a Charger… Note that she is parked (the wrong way) on the street. Then the cleaner arrives and pulls RIGHT into the driveway, both are gone in under an hour.
If you venture down this page I have given you access to the camera so you can look at other dates / times. Please let me know if you have difficulty accessing it!
Sean
